About Me

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. By the age of 30 our personal fitness declines due to the natural ageing process. Bone density is affected and losing lean muscle mass declines by 3-5% per year. Keeping active with just 2 sessions a week can help change all of this and improve your performance, energy and strength.

As well as 1-2-1 Personal Training, I run Fit For A Fiver, a rewarding group workout session that runs 4 mornings a week, (3 online, 1 outdoors) for a full body workout. 

In 2019, Fit For A Fiver originated as an outdoor bootcamp in Hampton Hill and still exists & runs every Friday at 9:15am come rain or shine.

But now also with FFAF you can become part of a motivating and energising team helping you to reach your fitness goals even if you cant fit in the Friday session or live in TW12 area.  The online sessions are designed to give you the best all round exercise sessions to provide a complete body workout that will challenge you and give you results. 

My enthusiastic, non restrictive approach to fitness and health will leave you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

Personal Training 1-2-1

Look Good, Feel Good, Be Strong

Tailored 1-2-1 private session both for your health and fitness. Concentrating not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also how you feel on the inside!

I am to ensure your body and mind find the right balance.


Fit For a Fiver Workout

Energy fulled HiiT and Targeted muscle sessions. (Online and Outdoors)

£5 per session. (Drop-in £6)

Group workout sessions that happen online 3 days of the week. You can join wherever you are and never miss your workout. 

Mondays are fast paced 30min HiiT classes.

Wednesday's primary focus is glutes and legs with the addition of resistance bands.  

Friday's if you are local to TW12 then we have an outdoor session that is good fun, great exercise and usually involves a laugh. 

Saturday,  we get weights out and we look at form, build muscle and tone. 

With the online sessions you can take advantage of the results from working out both in a group and as part of a team - there is nothing that can compare to the satisfaction of the after workout endorphin high that comes from being part of Fit For A Fiver!  

They really are the best of blast to get you going for the rest of the day!

Sometimes you need a buddy to get you up and going and give you a kick start, or perhaps you want to workout with a friend with the same fitness goals or even your partner.

Everything is possibile.

On Demand

Workout in your own time and space. 

A variety of beginner, intermediate and challenging workout sessions that are pre recordings. Including bodyweight only, weights and mini bands.
